    • Raks Glam 2025 takes place in Krakow, Poland. Our venue is NCK – Nowohuckie Centrum Kultury / Nowa Huta Cultural Center (al. Jana Pawła II 232, 31-913 Kraków, Polska). Please check LOKALIZACJA subpage for the detailed information.
    • Yes. Workshops, Trivia Night, Competition, Open Stage and Gala Show are held in the same location.

We cooperate with the nearest hotel from the venue (~300m) - Hotel Centrum Business which is available only for Raks Glam 2025 Full Pass holders. Other hotels not far from the venue: Ibis Styles Krakow East, Hotel Justyna We recommend you to check www.booking.com oraz www.airbnb.com for a lot of interesting options nearby. If you would like to share the accommodation (apartment, hotel room) with other participants please let us know via email and we can share your contact with the other ineterested participants.
    • Yes, there are plenty of parking spaces near NCK. You can find free parking, for example, along Al. Jana Pawła II, as well as paid parking directly at the NCK building.
    • Yes, there are. The festival venue features the Przestrzenie Nowohuckie Gruba Buła restaurant, and there are several Food Trucks nearby. There are also vending machines offering coffee, water, drinks, and snacks. More detailed information about food options will be sent to all participants before the festival.
    • No, the only option to take part in workshops is to buy Full Pass. There will be no Single Workshops or Day Passes available to purchase.
    • Workshops are intended for adults, however, there is no age limit. Minors are welcome to participate, but they must be fully independent. Please note that only Full Pass holders are allowed access to the workshop area.
    • Unfortunately, we do not offer private classes with our stars during the festival.
    • Competition & Open Stage registration will be closed on 17th of August 2025.
    • The deadline to send the music is 17th of August 2024. All participants who do not provide the music within this date will be removed from the participants list.
    • The maximum length of a song for all categories is 3 minutes. All songs exceeding the limit will be automatically cut to 3 minutes.
    • The maximum length of a song for the Open Stage is 3 minutes. All songs exceeding the limit will be automatically cut to 3 minutes.
    • Our Competition & Open Stage is intended for adults (however there is no exact age limit) and all participants will be judged in the competition as adults. There are no kids categories and children are not allowed to join the Competition (or Open Stage).
    • Yes, the stage will be available for all the Competition & Open Stage participants in the morning of the competition day (13th September 2025). All detailed information will be provided before the festival to the participants.
    • Yes, of course. We encourage groups to join our Open Stage. Our stage is so large (23m x 15m) that we can accept groups of up to 20 members.
    • No, your Full Pass includes the ticket for the Competition & Gala Show audience entrace.
    • Yes, the professional videos of all performances will be available to purchase right after the festival. All detailed information will be provided to all of the participants.
    • Yes, the professional photos from all performances will be available to purchase right after the festival. All detailed information will be provided to all of the participants at a later date.
    • Out stage size is around 23m x 15m.
    • Yes, there is a waiting list. If the competition category is full, you can email us your details, and if a spot opens up, we will notify you immediately.
    • Yes, each judge provides a brief written feedback for competition participants, which will be shared with them after the competition.
    • Yes, detailed results, including the points breakdown from each judge and the final ranking, will be sent to all competition participants a few days after the event.
    • Discount codes will be sent to Full Pass holders in the registration confirmation email. They will receive a 30% discount on all solo competition categories and solo performances on the Open Stage.
    • Yes, the discount code can be used multiple times. If you decide to enter additional categories later, your discount will still be applicable.
    • If you did not use the discount code during registration it is forfeited. We do not offer refunds for overpayments in such cases.
    • No, Full Pass is non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation. However, we allow you to resell your spot. In that case please provide us via email the new participant personal data (Name, Country and Email address). The deadline to do so is 4th of September 2025.
    • Yes, you can resign at any time. Just provide us the information via email and we will remove you from the participants list. Please be aware that Competition Entry Fee is non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation.
